Our Terms and Conditions

1) All requirements of the In-Warranty Appliance Replacement Claim Form must be met and requested documents/information must be timely submitted for consideration of an in-warranty appliance’s eligibility for replacement – no exceptions.

2) Electrolux may request and arrange for the in-warranty appliance to be serviced and/or picked up from consumer’s home prior to authorizing a replacement.

3) In-warranty appliance eligibility must be confirmed before Electrolux can authorize and process a replacement.

4) Replacement appliances are expressly warranted for the remaining portion of the originally purchased expressed warranty period which starts with the initial purchase date of delivery to the consumer (date of purchase plus 7 days will be used if no delivery date is on receipt) OR 90 days from the date of delivery of the replacement unit – whichever is longer; OR any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law or through the remaining period of a previous Frigidaire Extended Service Agreement.

5) Electrolux reserves the right to exercise other options if a comparable replacement appliance is not available.

6) As a condition of this appliance replacement, the appliance being replaced must be removed from the stream of commerce meaning that it cannot be resold or reused and requires proper disposal (varies by city/state – contact your local municipality for guidance on how to properly dispose of the appliance). However, the appliance being replaced should not be disposed of until the replacement appliance is received by consumer.

7) The Terms & Conditions for In-Warranty Appliance Replacement MUST be accepted by consumer.
